A practice that is both technical and legal
I am a civil engineer, hold a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, and am an attorney. For more than 27 years I have worked at the intersection of production processes, regulation, and environmental protection.
My work is to understand complex problems, identify their technical and legal implications, and turn them into workable strategies for companies, institutions, and infrastructure projects.
Leadership
Leadership with clarity
Since 2008 I have led IRCA Consultores, where I coordinate multidisciplinary teams working on regulatory compliance, environmental assessment, bringing industrial operations into compliance, and project management.
I also write about environmental issues, because regulation, science, and engineering should be explained clearly, without misleading simplifications or apparent solutions.
